Home Turf Lettings is a lettings agency with a difference. A not-for-profit social enterprise founded in April 2012, we specialise in residential lettings to tenants in housing need.

We offer landlords a comprehensive and professional lettings and property management service, with a particular focus on an area of the rental market with which landlords have often struggled – low income and benefit-claiming tenants.

Our mission is to increase the supply of private rental sector housing available to those on housing benefit and low incomes, while also creating work/training opportunities for the socially excluded.

We’re making it our business to make letting to our clients work for landlords, with a comprehensive and hassle-free service.

In addition to tenant-finding, rent collection and full management services, in suitable cases we will even lease houses/flats from landlords ourselves – guaranteeing the landlord’s rent and giving a reliable assurance that the property will be handed back in the same condition we took it on in (fair wear and tear excepted).
