DHI Cookbook 'cookathons'

In the interest of doing as much 'research' as possible for the recipes include in DHI's Thrifty Cookbook the 'Off The Wall' team organised a pair of sessions to road test as many as possible. Taking place in July and August, both events were well attanded and proved successful in whittling a long list down to the 30 that are included in the book.
