DHI’s Thrifty Cookbook has take off!

After months of hard work by the ‘Off The Wall’ team, including two exhaustive ‘Cook-a-thons’ and much deliberation over what recipes would make the grade, DHI’s Thrifty Cookbook was finally launched on Thursday 22nd October at prestigious Bath eaterie Gascoyne Place. Bath’s movers and shakers turned up to buy a copy and listen to DHI CEO Rosie Phillips and editor Melissa Blease celebrate the involvement of service users in this fantastic new project.
