Director of Operations (Clinical Lead)
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual to play a key role in the development of DHI’s services and Clinical Governance systems.
Delivering services within the drug treatment sector we are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing staff and delivering services in the social care sector. Ideally the successful candidate will have an understanding of both Models of Care and the Supporting People Framework, with experience of working with socially excluded groups including ex-offenders. Experience of managing quality assurance systems, monitoring budgets and project management is essential.
Salary Scale: NJC pt 45 –55 (£38,042 -£47,123)
Location: South Gloucestershire
