Salary: NJC pt. 9 -19 (£21,269-£25,927) depending on experience, pro rata for part time roles

DHI are recruiting a Drug and Alcohol Worker, working in partnership with GPs, to support clients within South Gloucestershire who are experiencing problematic use of drugs and alcohol. We are looking for people who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to supporting clients to make positive changes in their lives.
You will be joining an experienced Shared Care Team that work hard to support each other and deliver an exceptional service to clients
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly between home, DHI offices and a GP surgery to support clients.
