Residential Rehab Liaison Worker

Salary: NJC PT 9-19 (£20,903 - £25,481)

Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week

Location: Central Bristol

Contract Type: Fixed Term until June 2022

The Role

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, conscientious and enthusiastic full time Practitioner to work in Bristol with people who have complex and multiple needs. You will be supporting them through detox and into residential rehab. You will competently manage safeguarding concerns alongside the Senior Specialist Intervention worker ensuring the team deliver a safe, caring and effective service.

You will have experience of and understanding of substance misuse and alcohol and residential rehabs. You will be required to work in group settings and on a one to one basis, with clients. It is essential that you have motivational skills in order to inspire and encourage service users.


You will be expected to complete assessments, risk assessments, support plans and reviews and coordinate the client’s care with other agencies including social services, probation, and residential rehabilitation centres as required.
