Make a real difference in people’s lives as our Employment Specialist Team Leader. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and inspire a team of up to five Employment Specialists, guiding them through supervision, training, caseload management, and role-modelling the proven Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach. Working as part of a holistic recovery plan for people in structured treatment for drug and/or alcohol use, you’ll ensure our service meets the highest fidelity standards while achieving life-changing outcomes. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll also work directly with a small caseload, helping individuals secure sustainable paid employment that matches their aspirations, breaking down barriers, promoting social inclusion, and empowering independence.
A Driving Licence with access to a vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
