User Voices Group

Terry and Eula are both members of DHI's User Voices Group

Making sure we listen to our clients is really important, especially as we are a charity focused on overcoming disadvantage and social exclusion. Too often a small group of people have a disproportionately large voice.

This is why User Voices, our forum for clients that reports directly to our Board of Trustees, is so important. The role of the User Voices group is to make sure DHI has different mechanisms to ensure all our clients are heard.

What our members say

"I really enjoy being a member of the group. It's refreshing to be able to work with senior staff and trustees directly and know that I'm making a difference to DHI. I always come back to the point that my volunteering helps keep me sober and aware of my recovery journey." Terry
