Reach Housing Support Worker - BANES

Salary: £25,119 - £29,777 per annum, Depending on Experience

Hours: Full time 37.5 Hours

Location: Bath and/or Midsomer Norton

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract March 2025

The Role

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable adults in Bath & North East Somerset? We are looking for people who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to supporting clients, helping them to make positive changes in their lives.

The Reach Housing & Advice Service provides support to people in Bath & North East Somerset who are experiencing difficulty with their accommodation to enable them to live independently. People may be struggling to sustain current accommodation, recently moved into accommodation following a period of homelessness or need support to find suitable housing. The service plays a vital part in preventing homelessness and maximising people’s incomes as well as tackling poor conditions and establishing new homes.

You will be joining an experienced Team that works hard to support each other, and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients

There is also the opportunity to earn an additional £100 per week by volunteering to take part in DHI’s out of hours on call rota.

A driving licence with access to a vehicle and the willingness to use it for work travel is desirable.

About You
