Creative Arts Volunteers (BANES)

Location: The Beehive, Bath

Purpose and responsibilities for the role

To provide creative arts sessions for groups of marginalised clients. This could include- arts, drama, pottery or other creative endeavours – creative activities that might enhance the lives of clients, including those that are in early recovery.

Key responsibilities:

Design and deliver creative workshops with varying types of artistic activities for groups of varying sizes. Ideally 1-2 hours per week (specific day/time is flexible pending availability of volunteer but must be on a weekday between 9-5pm).

Do you have a keen interest in improving the lives of others? Do you have experience leading multi-disciplinary creative arts workshops? Are you warm, empathetic, caring and compassionate? Do you have a couple of hours a week that you could give to volunteering? If the answer if yes, we would love to hear from you. We are looking to bring Creative Arts experiences to our clients. Creative arts is a great complement to our treatment services. You could be part of their treatment journey.
