The Role

Would you like to join a new and innovative service? Are you motivated by reducing custodial sentences for people with mental health issues and stopping the cycle of re offending?

DHI are now delivering Mental Health Treatment Requirements, as part of the Integrated Non-Custodial Service, across Bristol, BNES and South Gloucestershire.

Are you interested in providing evidence based psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions to people within the Criminal Justice System made subject to Community Sentence Treatment Requirements (CSTR)?

We are recruiting two Mental Health Treatment Requirement Practitioners to join our team. This post will work closely with our criminal justice partners, including prisons, probation and courts, to deliver high quality services that support people whose offending is associated with mental health issues. They will also work to support clients to reduce co-existing substance use and offending behaviour, providing real opportunities for recovery and to reduce harm to communities and individuals.
