DHI is seeking a Team Leader to join our dynamic Supported Housing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team delivering a high-quality support service to residents living in our abstinence based supported housing projects
As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of support. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, lead by example, and work closely with the Senior Supported Housing Manager to develop services that are inclusive, empowering, and effective.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, good knowledge and understanding of supported housing. leadership and management skills and be passionate about supporting individuals to gain the skills needed to live independently in the community.
A driving licence with access to a vehicle and the willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
