Pain Management & Wellbeing Project Worker

Salary: £25,119 - £29,777 per annum, Depending on Experience

Hours: Part Time - 15 Hours

Location: South Glos or Remote and any other location required by DHI

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract March 2025

The Role

Are you passionate about helping individuals manage their pain and improve their quality of life?

We're seeking a dedicated Pain Management Worker to join the South Gloucestershire team and make a difference in the lives of our clients. You will be conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

  • Develop tailored support plans to address pain management goals and enhance overall wellbeing.
  • Provide education on effective pain management techniques and strategies.
  • Make referrals or provide signposting to other organisations and activities that can further support clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with General Practitioners (GPs) to ensure seamless referrals and coordinated care.
  • Contribute to the development of pain management and wellbeing services within South Gloucestershire and across our wider organisation.
